1. Introduction

Keep Tutors is a tutor matching and recruitment service run by experienced education professionals. We help parents and students find suitable tutors for home tuition, online tuition, and personalized learning support across major cities in Pakistan and online.

2. Service Charges and Tutor Fees

We do not charge a separate service fee from parents or students for submitting an inquiry. Tutor fees depend on the tutor's qualification, experience, subject, grade level, class frequency, time commitment, location, and learning mode. We recommend discussing expectations after the demo class before finalizing schedule and fee.

3. Demo Classes

We instruct our tutors to provide up to 2 free demo classes so that parents and students can evaluate whether the tutor is a good fit before committing.

4. First Month Payment

For the first month, Keep Tutors may collect the tuition fee in advance through bank transfer, Easypaisa, cash collection, or another agreed payment method. A receipt or confirmation will be provided for payments made to Keep Tutors. The first month payment is released to the tutor at the end of the month once the agreed service is delivered. This process supports service quality, tutor accountability, and resolution if early issues arise.

5. Subsequent Monthly Payments

Keep Tutors acts as mediator for the first month only by default. From the second month onward, parents or clients may pay the tutor directly. If you want Keep Tutors to continue managing the relationship and payments, you may request ongoing payment management through us, subject to confirmation.

6. Tutor Verification and Feedback

We aim to connect families with verified, professional, and well-mannered tutors. If further verification is needed, you may contact our team. If you have a complaint or feedback about a tutor, we take it seriously and act promptly where appropriate.

7. Tutor Commitments and Learning Outcomes

Keep Tutors is not responsible for commitments made directly by a tutor beyond agreed class timing, mode, and service expectations. We do not guarantee specific grades, exam results, or course completion outcomes.

8. Disputes and Support

During the first month, Keep Tutors remains actively involved if a disagreement or conflict arises. After the first month, Keep Tutors may still assist with settlement or mediation if requested, depending on the situation.

9. Privacy and Data Security

Personal information submitted through our forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted inquiry details and only use them for service communication, tutor matching, and operational follow-up.
